During crisis individuals acknowledge their struggles, and look to individuals around them who they can trust to help them. Peter has developed a module through his experiences with coaching individuals through tough times, including phenomena like the pandemic. The objective of the module is to help individuals develop mental fortitude, so that they can continue to be effective individuals in their homes, workplace and social networks.
This module is usually done in groups, but individuals can use personalized coaching sessions that address resilience issues as well.
