Burnout and disengagement often leave medical departments with staff who are unwilling to contribute, and who are in a state of inertia! Moreover, many of these individuals don’t understand what their next steps should be to address work-life balance. Journeys Academy has pioneered an approach that uses cohorts to provide a peer group for individuals, which enables them to come out of a single day experience with self-awareness, strategic focus & basic leadership skills.
